Anschela Koukhareva

Anschela’s Yoga Journey began with questions about who I am, the meaning of life, and similar, leading her to the Ramana Maharshi Ashram in India, in 2010, where she was first introduced to yoga, meditation, vipassana. From that time on, yoga became a big part of her life.

For her, yoga is more than just the time on the mat; it’s about self-inquiry, about the way to interact with the world and ourselves, about experiencing a deep connection with your true Self, it’s about the unity of life and so much more.

She finished the 300hr Jivamukti Yoga Teacher Training in February 2019 at Govardhan EcoVillage, India, and the 800hr apprenticeship with her mentor Anja Kühnel.

She also completed the 530hr Yoga Biomechanics Teacher Training (trained by Institute of Modern Yoga Theory and Practice), and the Trauma Sensitive Yoga Teacher Training (trained by Fundación Rādika).

Anschela is very grateful to ALL of the teachers who have graced and inspired her on this exciting journey called Life!
